Starting Services

If you are interested in beginning services with us, please email info@asyougrowtherapy.com and our intake coordinator will send you a link with our initial interest form. Please be prepared to upload relevant documents including a copy of your insurance card and a referral for ABA services from your childs doctor.

Many insurances require a referral for ABA therapy with an ICD-10 diagnosis code and a doctors signature. 

In addition to the referral and copy of your insurance card, some insurances may also require that you have a Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation for your child (CDE) that is completed by a specialist such as a developmental pediatrician, neurologist, or psychologist. Insurances may require that the individual have a diagnosis, typically of Autism Spectrum Disorder, before they will cover ABA therapy. We can work with you to help determine what specific documents your insurance requires.
